Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Hello, I’m new here. Just joined today. Looking for any kind of help or friends to support. I’ve had tremendous stress for a solid year. Everything just keeps building. I’m having a lot of anxiety daily which sometimes leads to panic attacks. It’s been a long time since I’ve went through panic attacks. I’m fearful and anxious over everything here lately. My anxiety has anxiety. Does anybody else experience this? I feel like I’m in a hole and can’t climb out. Like I’m literally going to die and my body shut down if I don’t get some help that works. I get confused sometimes wondering if this is anxiety or is this real symptoms of something else. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last 3 months. It’s so hard to get back. I’m struggling so much. If anybody has any suggestions or can relate, please reach out to me. Thank you so much!

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

It could be from you not eating well and not eating enough. You might not be getting enough nutrition, and that can cause all kinds of problems. Start by eating some healthy foods and on a regular basis.
Medication and therapy could really help you. You are dealing with a lot and you need help with this. It is okay to ask for help. You can't do everything by yourself.
Have you seen a psychiatrist? Not a family doctor, but a psychiatrist. They can help you with prescribing calming anxiety medications, and also refer you to talk to a therapist (they do video or phone sessions too, so you can do them from home).
There is help out there. You are not alone.
