I learned something about exercize once when I was having semi-attacks(panic).
After going out several times to bicycle (vigorously, it needed to be real excercize).
Okay it did not work. But I eventually thought it through: I'd bicycled after dark -- not so safe. The vigorousness resulted in it not being fun.
Exercize needs to be fun. I've a friend who just enjoys the heck out of going to the gym. --And that's indoors; best exercize is out under God's blue sky.
Yes that brings in the topic of light. Good, full-sprectrum light is good for the depressed person.
But again: pleasant exercize. I should have gone out during the day, should have been where no cars were/our rails-to-trails. I should have gone at a pleasant pace, even if that would have been boring at first. If good exercize last awhile, there starts to be the "runner's high." With endorphins, maybe seratonin.
Oh and food needs to be enjoyable. Make sure some of your meals are hot meals and don't eat in a rush
c'luck . (((( Bb ))))
