Hi guys,
I am diagnosed with schizoaffective (bipolar subtype) and generalized anxiety and panic disorder with agoraphobia.
I was very stable for the past 3-4 months after learning some new coping skills and changing my diet and exercise routine.
But within the 3 days I have become quite bad.
I just moved from Rhode Island to Florida and had to get a new pdoc.
I am going to see him Monday about a new antipsychotic and increase in xanax.
It started with A LOT of anxiety then I started to see shadow people in the mirrors and thinking that they were poisoning me in my water. Now I see them throughout the day in the corner of my vision. This usually means within a month and a half I will have to be hospitalized if we don't change my meds. The anxiety and obsessive thoughts about these delusions and hallucinations I think is worse than the actual delusions/hallucinations.
I went from taking 2 xanaxs a month to 2 a day and feel like I need more.
All of this is effecting my mood a bit too and sleep. Makes me have no motivation and feel defeated.
Any thoughts on how to get through the weekend?
Anybody else go through something similar?
Thanks.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
