I was admitted to the hospital two year ago because what I didn't know back then I hold my stress and anxiety in my chest. Made me scared my dad passsed away at 50 from heart attack and his father too at 39. So I went to the hospital, ended up doing 2 ekg having all my blood work done xrays ultra sounds everything. They say I'm perfectly healthy. But if I'm perfectly healthy why do I feel the way I do. My anxiety has been really bad this past week. It's in my ribs this time.. I just feel like I want to rip them off. I take Xanax. Don't help. Weed makes it worse. I'm so depressed I don't like therapists I just want to talk to people who can relate to me.

Keeping track of your symptoms and what's happening when they occur will help you sort out the anxiety associated with them.
Best wishes.
