I had another panic attack, but it wasn’t really the same as the others; it wasn’t completely irrational, although the severity of the attack was. While I was struggling to explain something to someone, I randomly started crying in fear and this feeling that the person was completely different. This could be because of the person’s frustration in understanding, making me feel like my words were completely foreign. Maybe... I ended up crying too hard to the point where I couldn’t breathe, and my face sort of changed color (at least I think so...I wasn’t looking in the mirror at that time). Luckily, I was able to calm myself down by not thinking about the trigger and suffocating myself with a plastic bag while taking deep breaths. It felt so weird, and even creeped myself out! One moment I was desperately and uncontrollably wailing. The next, I was laughing in pain, teary-eyed, feeling high, and constantly saying that I want to die.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
