Hi all,
Thank you for taking the time to read this as it's a bit long-ish. I am hoping for your support and advice as I am stuck.
I suffer from GAD, Panic Disorder, and mild OCD for intrusive thinking. I was doing well up until I had one MAJOR panic attack while driving home from work. I pulled over and just flipped out..I went into an urgi-care and asked for help because I was a mess, just crying and begging for anything! They turned me away and I called my mom to meet me. Usually she calms me down...When she met me I begged her to take me to the ER, I was hysterical to the point where I just wanted relief. I was terrified beyond belief. Ever since then I suffer from constant anxiousness, worry, and this weird doomsday feeling. It's hard to explain. I have no appetite and I just feel uneasy at all times. I've had 2 more attacks like that so it's a vicious cycle. I feel trapped and not normal.
So what I'm wondering is, WTF! Is this a PSTD thing now or just anxiety rearing it's ugly head waiting to erupt again? I miss my old self, and I just increased to 60 mg of Cymbalta as I've been working with my psychiatrist and CBT...hopefully that helps ease the thoughts and sense of dread.
Help!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

I've also been having the eating issues. And I don't know about you but I wonder if that's making it worse because our bodies aren't getting enough nutrients to fight this.
