Videos about adrenal fatigue keep coming up on YouTube so I decided to watch one. IT WAS SO ME! I have now watched it twice. I don't believe that in my 68 years on this Earth, any doctor ever mentioned adrenal fatigue in response to my rants about constantly being tired. I didn't realize how stressed out I am until I wrote my list of stressors. It seems that I have to majorly cut down on caffeine. I have to get back to taking Ashwaganda. I am already doing some things right. I got into drinking coffee on an all day/all night basis a bunch of months ago. It's my favorite drink in the world. A cup of coffee can make my day, if you offer it to me. I'm going to watch the video again. Yesterday, I was so tired but I had to visit my Aunt because it's her birthday today but I am celebrating my brother's birthday and because of a time change, we cannot make her party. I cried on the way to the nursing home about all of these obligations that i have made for myself. I was not in the mood for my Aunt. I was extra tired. She always needs something. I am always having to go to the nurses station. Yesterday, she wanted to be pulled up. I had just gotten there. It took everything I had to go there. I wasn't going to do anything extra. When she started talking out loud crying for someone to help her because she was choking (she wasn't), I left. I shouldn't have gone at all. Obligations . . . they really get in the way of my goals. I also have ADHD and watched part of an interesting video with Dr. Amen but I fell asleep. So I deal with chronic fatigue, ADHD, OCD and whatever else. It's no wonder my house is a frigging mess.

I'm a naturally quiet person. My mom said she used to pinch me as a baby just to make sure I could cry. It takes a lot to get a loud reaction from me. This is why I asked AI today, why coworkers, family and others are in my face loud trying to get a rise out of me. I love the AI response: People often compete with quiet people because they misread your silence as weakness, a hidden threat,...

congratulations on having found a presentation that clicked for you. may the heightened awareness lead you healing places.
However, I sleep way better at night when I only drink water, eat healthier and get my hour walk.
I feel like I'm missing out (FMO) when I don't stop by the local cafe (have to figure out a new routine/habit)
