Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Because my friend hadn't been texting me back, I sent her a text, giving her the choice of ending our friendship or trying again. I told her I love her like she was my sister and I explained that what she was asking me to do was uncomfortable for me because it's against my standard and what I believe in. After working for half an hour, trying to get the text write and making my love clear to her, she answered back in under 5 minutes. She said she didn't want to be friends with someone who doesn't treat her with "basic human respect". "EVERYONE" (with the capital letters) did what she asked her to do and she told me I'm not educated. Then she ended with "Goodbye. -Nico (Someone you knew by a different name)
Even though what she said hurt me, I replied the nicest way I could. Then, a seven year long friendship, my best friendship ever, ended. It hurt. I REALLY hurt. The next day, I broke down when my sister hugged me. What made it worse was when my mom said "You knew she might not be nice." She said that so halfhazardly.
Everyone is saying how proud they are of how I stuck through this trial. I still have moments where I want to cry but can't. What's helping me move on is writing poems or songs about what happened. You can read one of them in my new journal.
We've had to babysit for two days after socializing and we are all 'cream crackered'. I've been trying to lucid dream lately. I heard it helps with self-confidence. So far, I've had two or three and I've been writing down all my dreams in my journal. It's kind of fun.
Today is Jason Gray's 37th birthday. Fun Studio C fact for you. :)

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
It would be nice to know what I did that she'd stop being my friend. I hate to say this, but maybe your friend really wasn't as nice as you thought. Sometimes we think people are on the same level of friendship as we are, and they are not. I was told by my counselor that some people are only "acquaintanes", 'lunch buddies", etc. Everyone considers friendships differently. She is right, but I took it as she was a GOOD friend. I guess she didn't look at it that way.
