Hi ive been diagnosed with depressive anxiety in the last couple of years and have been pescribed meds to control it. at the moment im taking venlafaxine 75mg at night and 150mg in the morning. ive tried quite a few different antidepressants but not got on with any of them. in the long run they have just made me worse ending up with either voices in my head, cutting or starving myself. A year or so ago i completely stopped sleeping and had loads of energy. now all i want to do is sleep. i can sleep for days at a time when im on half term. im exhausted all the time and have vey little enthusiasm for much. Igo through periods during the day when i bounce off the walls but after a while im exhausted and i find it hard to recover. is this a side effect of the meds or something else???

How this helps is when you look at the different words, you figure out which ones make you feel happy, which ones make you feel sad, and then you write a separate journal about those feelings when you're ready to.
