Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
Have you considered seeking therapy? I suggest seeking out a therapist because of all the other things you suffer from too that are possibly associated with your childhood. At least then a therapist can help you work through some of those things. I took therapy, nothing long term, but the time I spent talking and working with my therapist was really worth it. I got a lot of insight as to why I had so much pain and anger inside.
I really hope things work out for you!
