I love waking up to the smell of piss! Just makes me want to scream! and also the laundry that goes along with it!

There is always something worse such as a permanent foley catheter and the constants UTI"s. None of this is fun.

Oh, I can definitely relate, everytime we go and visit Mom at the home. However multiply that smell by 60 !! (number of residents in home) plus the smell of poo......

I hear ya guys! I am always soooo very down when I come home from visiting my Mom at the Nursing Home. I know it's depressing to see so much sickness and sadness but I seriously believe that the brain reacts to the smells of piss and poo......and not in a good way!
I bet if they did some kind of study that people who smell these odors are more prone to depression. It's not just in your head , Deb, it does make us miserable.

BABY POWDER has become my magic coverup!! I shake it everywhere...and of course on him. :) and those little blue "Sassy saks" at Walmart I mentioned before are the best for disposing of Depends as they have Baby Powder right in the material the bag is made of.

ie "SASSY SAKS ". Baby dept,. Walmart $2.00 for a pack of 50

The product is ODO-BAN... wonderful stuff. I ordered mine from Amazon.. but I think Sam's may carry it.

I used to joke that CLOROX had become my signature scent and I
used so much of it to clean.

My husband loved Odo-Ban....it kills the smell of anything. We didn't need it for incontinence, but he used it years ago for cleaning the porta-potties at our camp. It works!
