If you all can face it, taking them out in public is very educational for others. And our loved ones need the stimulation. Paul is at a stage where I do take him with me when I go out. Kind of "where ever I go, he goes!" And I get a lot of understanding smiles when he attaches himself to another woman in a store and I quietly go over and gently tug on his hand and say "That's not me, dear". I agree, people need to know. You'd be surprised at how many tell me they understand because they went through the exact same thing when their uncles, dads, moms, cousins, brothers, or sisters.

Oh, Deb, Paul has the same problems with his glasses. He was always putting his sunglasses on upsidedown in the car. Hey, they worked! LOL!
