on my list for today 6-10 is having a less stressful day at work planned and family of course

My dad had heart surgery yesterday, and Lived !

My kids and grandkids are all happy and healthy!

My water got turned back on!

Wasn't suppost to work yesterday, but did, and a gal came into the store who has the same handicap as my son (very rare!). She's the same age as him, has a daughter almost the same age as his daughter, she lives right here where I live! Unreal! I got her number, they are texting each other now! Neither of them have ever met anyone with the same condition, so they will meet here one day soon!....... so this is far out and groovy!

I'm still sober.

I could go one but each one of us should have sobriety as #1. If I lose my freedom, I still have the 5 above it. If I lose my AA friends I lose my sons, my peace, my freedom....If I lose my sobriety, I lose everything below it.

17 months Recovery from alcohol and eating disorder, I am truly HERE, I am PRESENT and WHOLE, I am here for my kids. And where did all these FRIENDS come from, I am covered in friends!!! (that's an Eddie Izzard reference, I'm covered in beeeeeees..) I never had that before, people calling me, seeking me out...

Another beautiful day, I'm going yardsailing, and then teach my kids how to use a grass rake. Aren't they lucky I'm so PRESENT? ha

Adding is much better than subtracting O God T/y for like minded people you know, the one's who get me O and I them/ its a pleasure. O and a little cloud cover , Hotter than blazes here Yesterday :)

I feel an awesome feeling knowing that we all live in the land of the free.
In my thinking we all have access to the computer, that means the internet and so on.
We are all spoiled and should be very grateful everyday.

Today is an exceedingly outstanding day!! Lots to be grateful for. A wonderful chat with a good friend while having my coffee... coffee commitment with a wonderful new friend I made doing the setup! A good friend's 90th day! 35 year anniversary at morning meeting for another friend. Two 1 year anniversaries tonight for more friends. An old friend who is back 3 days.

I guess friendship is the theme of my gratitude for today. All of this I would not have without God and without AA. For that I am truly blessed!

Sober is good. ;)
