I seem to exaggerate every thing way out of proportion in my head. I have just had a small row with my fiance, nothing serious, but i know she is getting on with her day an the row is forgotten, while im here wanting to end the whole thing. my head is all over the place i feel like wreckin the place. my heads is trobbing from getting myself worked up with anxiety and i am hating her for me being like this. I am having crazy thoughts like drinking even though im sober 4 years and suicidle thoughts anything to stop my head.

AAGURU with a name like that an u have the cheek to talk about my ego, ive seen you on this site many times dishing out your advise, no one wants your opinions, try looking at your own defects rather than pointing out everyone else, anyone can do that. As bad as my life is thank god i am nothing like you.

AAguru WTF is wrong with you? He doesn't mention his fiance being the problem. He admitts in his first sentence a problem He has. He also mentions getting help for this. The guy is down and not on his meds. Your #15 response doesn't answer anything for hime related to his cry for help. Good god the man says he even has suicidal thoughts he dont' need this b/s. As far as you posting his private message to you grow up! He tried to deal with that privatel and you bring it out here and post it on hiw topic. sheesh

linalg ingnore him there are others that are here with careing hearts that truely want to help and not flaunt what great knowledge They think they have. I hope you are pulling through this tough time.

I am new to DS. Actually as of today, however not to alcoholism. Saying that it saddened me being one in need of positive support at this time to see a reply such as whoohoo to taloosa. Is that what I should expect, I may not be in the right place. In reference to taloosa's reply of which whoohoo responded AA has helped me alot and makes great sense and is nothing other than an example of positive support. Thank you. Both replies of support helped me and more importantly others

u the type of person the keeps think in ur mind i am the same and it wrong we make ourselfs sick in a way i try to be possitive honey u need to do same nothing wrong with u u need to lift ur mood and u be ok trust me i know how u feel

Sound like your Bi-polar? Is this ture? If so and if it is a different disorder, you really need to take your medication. Keep working with your doctor to get the right combination so you don't feel so weird. I'm sending hugs your way. Keep moving forward.
