I wish I had something positive to share, but honesty is better I guess. I’m back at day one. So I’m trying to learn from it and hoping it will help me going forward. On the upside, I ended my relationship of over a year. I can’t get sober being around him. He is comfortable in his life. I respect that, but I know it will be much harder going forward in the relationship. So even though I’m back at day one, I did manage to let go of a few things and people that wouldn’t help me maintain my sobriety.
I’m curious how everyone starts or ends their day. I know some people swear by their routine. What advice do you have for us beginners?
My dear DS,I do not need 3,666 notifications from DS. What is going on that y'all cannot delete? I have over 16,000 anxiety members. Has anyone here thought about how long that would take to delete????
