Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

When you are in that dark place and everything looks impossible remember that there is always hope. You dont need to think too far ahead so dont worry too much about things that could happen next week or next month.
Why not concentrate on doing just one thing today. Call that AA number that was posted earlier and tell them how you feel. Ask if they would get a couple of members to call and talk to you. Maybe you could go to a meeting with them and it would not be so scary if you had someone with you.
Dont leave it until tomorrow but make that call right now. You can also send a private message to me or other people here on D.S. if you have any questions.
