Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

You can drink yourself to death but you are no different to those of us that are sober. It is possible for you to be sober. Drinking yourself to death is not inevitable or without choice on your part. You could choose life and to give everything to sobriety and mental health recovery.
Sounds like the best thing for you right now.
Been there my dear. It only gets better little by little (for me) and day by day. I have down days still-after 6 years of no booze-but never are they anywhere NEAR as horrible as it was when I was drinking. Life is hard-and if you are suffering from depression and trying to drink it away I guarantee it won't work.
But you know that.
