Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I thought I would write a list of personal reasons to stay sober. Feel free to add to the list. Any more reasons would be appreciated.
1) Liver enzymes will return to normal levels.
2) Increased energy to perform daily tasks.
3) Nutrients will stay in my body instead of being leached out by alcohol.
4) Health will improve.
5) Being run-down all the time will disappear.
6) Eating healthy meals as stomach will improve.
7) No more takeaways because too drunk to cook.
8) NO HANGOVERS.
9) Be able to live a life instead of living to drink.
10) Less isolation and able to make new friends.
11) Increased self-esteem instead of hating what I see in the mirror.
12) Possible reuniting with family members.
13)Able to exercise again.
14) Lose weight and bloated stomach.
15) Clear mind, actions and pursuing personal goals.
16) Regain some serenity.
That's all I could come up with for now.

I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep.
