Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Do you really want to stop drinking and are you willing to do anything that it takes to achieve that?
Whatever way you are using to try and get sober now is obviously not working so maybe it is time to try something different?
For me after I had tried everything else and was desperate for a way not to drink any more I ended up in AA and working the 12 step program. It was a place of last resort for me. So far it has worked for me where everything else I tried had failed.

Having realized a problem with alcohol, some people can quit drinking on their own. That's great. But a lot of have found, either that we could not quit on our own, or that it was a hell of a lot easier to quit with the help of a support group.
If you truly want to quit drinking, you need to be honest with yourself and reach out to someone who has this problem FACE TO FACE. Try a few aa meetings, or seeing a therapist.
All the best to you--honestly
I woke up the next morning and have not craved a drink since. I have wanted one, but not craved it. It was a rough first few months, I ended up homeless, thrown out of the shelter with a police escort (for having a feeling) but through it all it did not occur to me to drink.
I am not a religeous person but someone or something heard me, they'll hear you also.
