Anger is a huge trigger for me. This morning I got into an argument with my nephew over something he thought I said. I told him if he is going to eaves drop, pay attention darn it, and I walked off. When I got home, I got a huge craving for about 15 minutes. I'M okay now, but this is a trend, and I identified it this morning. I guess the argument wasn't all bad. I learned something new about what gets me started. Sly

It never makes me want to drink, but I definitely enjoy living much freer from the anger, that literally held me not only hostage, but back in my growth.

Learning to let go, breathe, and focus on the now has gotten me through these things sober.
Not avoiding or controlling or denial.
So now there are no triggers that I need to drink over.
There is just life on life's terms.
Not always a big Yipee, but always better without that front drink...
