Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I would suggest to bring this up with a trusted person. counselor or sponsor. the thing is to basically decide that by holding on to the anger it is bad for you. Try to not focus on it (obsess) on it. the more you can decide to focus on other things the less you focus on the bad. Make a list of the things that are good in your life. do you have a bed? food in the fridge?
Also the more I can help another the less I obsess / think about myself. Try to volunteer. give something to someone less fortunate. heck hold a door open/ smile at the next person you meet.
Keep the focus toward other things and the bad things will tend to fade to be smaller and smaller and you can enjoy life. Thats the goal is to be happy it is possible

Letting go of the anger is a gift to ourselves. I think you have to be ready to forgive and if you are not then at least leave the door open for that to happen at some point, in the future.. Don't feel forced.
God Bless
