I had just finished doing a brake job on our car. My brother in law has all the air tools a weekend mechanic could possibly need. Working shirtless under a 95 degree sun made me incredibly thirsty.
When I finished the the job I joined the rest of the family on the deck, swinging on the deck swing. Everyone was talking, having a great time, and drinking beer. I am going through a divorce so felt like shit anyway.
Nobody asked me if I wanted a drink. They all know I am an AA member. Man, when you combine fatigue, physical pain, thirst, and depression together, you get a craving sooooo bad you want to give into it!
But I didn't!

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I don't know too many people over the years who haven't been through a divorce - Once I got busy working hard, making new friends and going to night school, my life became very exciting. (and I did not want the divorce)
