Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Ramble as much as you want. i for one am a good listener. Sobriety works but not as fast as alcohol. There are many changes going on at the moment but you will get through them. Talking is a good start and not bottling up our feelings. Our heads will tell us anything but don't believe a word it's saying listen to your heart it wont lie.Keep the meetings up and if you have a sponsor talk to them.If things don't get better soon you may need outside help.
I will prayer for you ..
God Bless...
Lionel.

It is ok to feel down in the dumps, your body is re-adjusting to being booze free. Give yourself time, and don't let being down in the dumps keep you down in the dumps. Keep busy!
