I have not had one drink in 3 days ! I still feel anxious and not sleeping well! I SURE HOPE THIS PASSESS SOON!BUT EVEN IF IT DON'T NOT GOING TO DO IT! I IT must get better with time....................RIGHT!

Linda it will get much better. Ive been sober a long time.Find a womens aa group or any for that matter . Share your strength with someone else and youll not only stay sober but a wonderful life ahead. Im 26 yrs sober It can be done with help. You cant do it alone

Day 10! feeling ok ....... still shaky on the inside but doing ok. DON'T EVEN WANT A DRINK! I thinl the withdrawals scared me sooooooooo bad, Im to scare to drink! I went threw helll............... why some people do this over and over is beyound my understanding! Ipray for all those people trying to stop drinking! I do understand how hard it can be! I hope and pray I stay sober, and learn what drinking has done to me! one day at a time foe me! reading some of your post has been a big HELP! hugs to all!

Alcohol withdrawal is without a doubt the scariest most horrific thing I've ever been through. Did it on my own countless times but each time it got progressively worse. This last time I thought I was going to die and had to go to the ER and was hospitalized for 3 days because my blood pressure was something like 185/100 and I was starting to have seizures. You should be through the worst of it now. The first 3-4 days are hell on Earth though.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
