Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

It's a myth that the all alcohol cooks out, but I also doubt if having wings would make someone fall off the wagon.
If in doubt, don't do it.
Not so secret that there is alcohol in many dishes. Given the amount, if I was so inclined to eat chicken wings, I'd probably be fine with it.
That said, I've stopped cooking with booze. I used to make a vodka chicken and a few other dishes with wines, vodkas, and vermouths. I'm a good cook, and haven't found I have to use alcohol (except vanilla extract) in anything at all.
Given I never drank vanilla extract, and the few teaspoons I use in banana bread or chocolate chip cookies...don't do anything to anyone...I think its fine for me.
