Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I guess maybe you have come to the place where it's going to be equally as shitty to do the things you've been doing or to make a change.
Did you know that on "Second Life" they have meetings. You can be a cartoon character or just be invisible in the back ground and see what goes on.
The last three years of my drinking I isolated to such a point, before that I was in an abusuve relationship and was kept a virtual prisoner, I know social phobia, I went on line to relearn how to talk to people. I liked that if I said something I felt was silly I could just log out and "Poof" I was out of the situation. It helped me to relearn how to speak to people and build up a little confidance to venture out into the real world. It's free and if you can access the internet you can try this out. :)
You are not alone. M
You have a purpose, you just won't find it in a bottle.
Mental health clinic can assign a case worker to you....these people will get you through a meeting. Believe me when I tell you, at A.A. you will meet lots of people just like you. You will find someone you can trust.
Try A.A. online...you will find some support there as well.

When you are sick and tired of being sick and tired....get some help no matter where it comes from.
Or get a Big Book and start reading it.
Whether you believe it or not, AA does change lives. It did for me. It has been a helluva long time since I wanted to put a gun in my mouth.
You are worthy of self worth.
You are worthy of being heard.
You are worthy of being understood.
You are worthy of a happy, joyous life.
You are worthy of love, keepitsimple.
Just remember that.
Your sobriety can't be contingent on other people, places or things. That's a recipe to stay resentful, and resentment === drinking in my experience.
