75!

Hi --

Today is day 75 of me (sort of). I went 53 days and then had a relapse and today is day 22 since that relapse so 53+22 = 75 (out of 76)

I started on this latest journey at the end of January and I made it through all of February without drinking and now I'm excited to make it through all of April without drinking.

In the end, it doesn't matter Rich, what day you choose to call it (and it is your choice), the point is you are moving forward and putting the drinking and relapse days behind you!

So happy for you. I like your persistence and courage - certainly not an easy task stopping something that was a habit. I tried several times to quit smoking! 7 years and oops, I was hiding in my car so no one would yell at me!

Keep up the great work. (I have not smoked in several years but it was not easy quitting).

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
