Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

Im only allowed to take two xanax a day and I already took one before my first shopping trip. I didn't like shopping at Fred meyers because in the junior girl section were girls who I was sure of were looking at me and thinking to themselves that I was ugly fat and weird looking and that I shouldn't shop in their section, I got one top. Today we shopped at night hoping that there wouldn't be alot of people. I was again in the junior girl section at kohls. I got two tops and a necklace. But during the trip each time i saw a girl looking at me i felt paranoid. Then there were alot of teen guys what make me freak out because of my androphobia. I tried to avoid them but one followed me and i felt so uncomfortable and my heart beat fast and i was almost tripping over myself and panicked and it almost felt unreal. Overall the trips sucked. I panicked, heart beat fast, paranoid, anxious about being in a public building and i am starving myself today, i succeeded but it affected my mood along with my sleep schedule which ends in about 3 nights.
Anyways, im tired emotionally and physically from the trip and my stomach hurts.

I'm sorry you had a bad shopping experience. I have that problem quite a bit. I have to really be calm and set my mind to positive before I can shop. I hate that thinking you're being followed by someone. You have to train yourself to let yourself know, "I'm calm, I'm safe, and everything is okay here."

On Saturday, while I was at yard sales with my best friend, my lawn guy texted me that he did my lawn. This costs me $70 every two weeks or so. I don't have great grass so sometimes, he skips. Anyway, I paid him on CashApp when I got home. On Sunday morning, he texted me again, to say goodbye because he was moving. My little thinking cap went on and I thought about how I am healthier...
