Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."
I used to feel pressured to go out especially on the dreaded Friday and Saturday nights when, according to society, only losers sit at home alone. But I eventually learned to follow my heart and do what makes me most comfortable.
Follow your heart, no one else will. But as a side note, I would be careful about what you share on your FB unless you really want everyone to know about it. Opening yourself up to everyone just leaves you more exposed in the end. A simple but true statement.
