Agoraphobia & Social Anxiety Support Group
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder, often precipitated by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result, sufferers of agoraphobia may avoid public and/or unfamiliar places. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to their home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this "safe place."

Hi I'm molly im 14 years old and thought joining a group like this was the only way to actually talk about what I'm feeling because it feels safe and secure without having to personally talk to a stranger about how I feel I don't know what I have it's not as extreme as half the other peoples in this group but it's stopping me from living my life to the fullest. I'm scared to leave the house on my own and walk around my neighbourhood which I grew up in sometimes I feel so uncomfortable and anxious that I find it hard to breathe and try to avoid this as much as possible by staying in all day while I could be out and making more friends which is a chore in itself as I am petrified to start a conversation with a stranger even be in one if they start it I feel highly uncomfortable sweaty my heart starts beating faster and I start shaking and as I said I don't know what this means I'm only a teenager they don't teach you this at school I need someone to show me some direction that personally goes through it themselves.

It's National Doughnut Day!Which three would you like? (never mind the calories, fat, or sugar content; just go with what you would pick if none of that mattered and whatever health issues you might have that would keep you from eating one in real life can be cast aside for this exercise as well... have at it!)

On Saturday, while I was at yard sales with my best friend, my lawn guy texted me that he did my lawn. This costs me $70 every two weeks or so. I don't have great grass so sometimes, he skips. Anyway, I paid him on CashApp when I got home. On Sunday morning, he texted me again, to say goodbye because he was moving. My little thinking cap went on and I thought about how I am healthier...

I experience the exact same things as you so I know the struggle you must live through day to day. I was in my late teens when I developed anxiety and depression. It was tough to go through at that age. You're in the right place being here on DA you'll find many people who will be able to offer you help and guidance through their own experience as well.
I'm using my phone so replying is tricky haha :P
