especially for those out there like me who have been long term users of benzoyl peroxide face washes such as acnefree, and have bumpy acne. Their line worked for me for a long time and I swore by it. But then it stopped. I found a tip that seems to be working and wanted to share. Quit the benzoyl wash and switch over to a gentle normal cleanser. Terrifying, I know- I was horrified to use something without the medication. However, this is the routine I switched to-
use a normal, gentle wash and an exfoliating wash (switch out every day) and after you wash, put on benzoyl spot treatment 5%, but don't just spot on tiny amounts- rub it in all over your face, or acne infected areas. however bad your acne is, that's how much you need to put on. i'm serious about this, too- i know it sounds extreme and it will dry out your face but your skin is going to feel smooth while drying out. this is going to disinfect your skin and stop new ones from coming. do this for a week and tell me if your skin changes.
Even when the bumps clear up, don't stop rubbing in the spot treatment- just switch to a way thinner amount and spread it on. I'm going through a lot of benzoyl gel but it's been worth it so far, for sure!
The key here is to stop using a medicated wash and just count on the BP gel to be your medication. It seems to be more effective, especially layering it on overnight. Skin repairs and heals overnight with the correct medication.
I really hope this helps someone!!

I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...
