There are 100 buildings along a street. A sign maker is ordered to number the buildings from 1 to 100. How many "9's" will he need?

He will need 20-9's...9, 19,29,39,49,59,69,79,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96,97,and 98, and two for 99.

Using this scale: A=1, B=2, C=3, and so on for words, I came up with a total of 109. Their are two words. Can you guess what two words equal 109?? They are: I'M CONFUSED. :) :)
