69 1/4. When there is a string of math it is solved in a certain order, abbreviated MDAS (My Dear Aunt Sally), multiplication is done first, then division, then addition, then subtraction. So, 5 x 12 + 37 / 4 becomes 60 + 37 / 4, which becomes 60 + 9 1/4. So the answer is 69 1/4.
