Hi, good afternoon, this is Martha, I can't print. Every time I try, it says 'Can't find printer'. I've even lifted the printer and placed it in front of the monitor, but the computer still says he can't find it...

Another actual tech support call, again from the "365 Stupidest Things Ever Said" series. Actually, this one could be labeled "food for thought"...although I'm not sure if I have this correctly verbatim:

Caller: I stuck something in my printer, and now it doesn't work.

Tech support: What did you put in it?

Caller: It's a tortilla.

Tech support: Ummm...why would you have a tortilla stuck in your printer?

Caller: I own a tortilla business. I thought it would be kinda cool to print my logo on a tortilla.
