  HI all. So when I started this whole journey back in February, it was becasue my hands hurt...more than I thought they should. And that led me down the road of blood tests, some wait and see, more blood tests, and then a trial of prednisone to see  how I would feel. And now finally with the RA diagnosis...I am weaning off the prednisone (down to one pill a day) and taking the hydrixychloquine one pill a day (low dose).   So i am curently weaning of predisone and onto Plaquenil. Between that and the other meds I take (statin and Zoloft and melatonin) I needed to get a Am/PM weekly pill organizer so I don't miss any doeses. This of course has me constantly worrying about my RA, which is mild at the moment..but every twinge I feel in my joints, the stiffness I feel after my hour and a half hour commute to work, the being tired because I get up at 5:40am daily...it all keeps my anxitey level higher than I would...

  Hi All....While I am pretty sure I had symptoms before an acual diagnosis, probably on and off for years, I was officially diagnosed with seuonegative RA last week. Currently being weaned off steroids and on to Plaquenil. The steriods took away 95% of the pain in my hands and that alone was a relief. I am not sure if I am just good with pain or it wasn't that severe but while it was painful and annoying and stressful, it never stopped my ability to work and take care of my family. I have had...
