I have intermittently experienced depression, anxiety and insomnia for many years. Through meditation, yoga and therapy I am gaining awareness of my experience with these conditions. The experience can be painful and at the same time I am grateful for the insight I have gained, my resilience, my ability to feel self compassion, the parts of life that make me smile and the ever changing nature of life
