Been struggling with Social and General Anxiety all of my adult life and most of my childhood. I have managed to overcome it long enough to get though school and back into the workforce, but I am not quite where I want to be so its time to give the anxiety an eviction notice from my life. I have so much I want and need to do. I can't hide from myself anymore.
