Hi there!! :) I\'m Amanda, 20 years old and I have panic and anxiety disorder. I\'ve been living with this since I was about 8 years old in 2nd grade, and my mother even said she noticed earlier signs as a toddler/infant. The only way to control them is through medication, but I\'m actually rather happy to find such a wonderful site to be able to talk to people who are going through the same things and not feel crazy, as in, they know what I\'m talking about. :)
