  Well, I have 2 weeks in. It's not been easy and it seems to get harder by the day. I've only made it with sheer will power. I need to try to avoid the triggers but I'm not quite sure how I'll do that yet.

  Well, I've got a week in now. It's not been easy, but I've done it. I know my triggers and they are pretty obvious and I know most days I will encounter one or may of them. My goal was to replace those moments with something positive and that something positive was going to be doing some sort of excersize. That hasn't happened to date but at least i have that in my back pocket. To this point I've had the temtations almost daily, but I've not encountered that moment of real weakness yet. I know...

  This addiction has been interfering in my life for decades. I have to stop it. I'm about 6 hours in and it's already been a struggle. Let's me know what a battle I'm in for. I'm contemplating things to do whenever I think of going to a site. I'm thinking pushups. LOL. Wish me luck.
