I haven’t viewed porn in 10 days. This is the longest It’s been since I can ever remember. I feel good and your support has help me tremendously. I pray daily and nightly for strength and for my marriage to get better. So far so good. 

I admitted to my wife that I have an issue and it helped me get the wheels rolling in my recovery. I suggest all who is facing this  problem to first recognize and admit that they have an issue. 

When I get urges I think about how I felt when I could perform sexually when my wife desired me. The feeling of inadequacy and humiliation I felt was very damaging to my ego and manhood. I promised my self that I would never feel that way again. 

This combined with tons have prayer has gotten me this far and I feel very confident that I will beat this demon now and for good. I will you all updated on my recovery.
