Help with diaper rash

over the past month I have experienced some changes which have caused me to now be in diapers or pull-ups 24/7 I have accepted that I will probably spend the rest of my life in diapers and I'm ok with that but I have noticed that sometimes I have a diaper rash especially around my legs and would like some ideas on how to stop it

So I told my girlfriend today about my issue and how I have to wear diapers sometimes and she was completely supportive and cool she even offered to pick up a pack for me Wednesday since I’m almost out and don’t have the money yet to get anymore
