  Hi Everyone!I am just wondering if anyone has had RNFL thinning after their papilledema has healed? I was diagnosed in May and my papilledema has been gone for about 8 weeks, however I am still on Diamox and they are weening me off of it slowly and checking the eyes to make sure it doesn’t return. However every 4 weeks, when i see my ophthalmologist, we do an OCT test. and although now the pressure is gone, it does show some RNFL thinning from the last 2 OCT tests. Is this common to have...

  Hi everyone! First of all I am so happy I found this group. My family and friends don’t understand what I go through and my fears with having papilledema and IIH. It all started back in February time frame when I started hearing whooshing in my ears.
