  Almost 2 weeks ago I lost my husband. He was 33 years old and we were only married 4 and a half months. His heart stopped. The pain and loneliness are so intense I don’t know what to do. I feel so lost and empty. I start counseling this week but I’m not sure what else to do to cope. I miss him so much.
