My Grandbaby is 3 1/2, will be 4 in Sept., I wish Brent could have known him, they are so much alike..... wouldn't ya know.He looks alot like Brent, has some of his mannerisms but not his personality...

From 225 to 194 as of TODAY............ Time to set a new goal. Had to get some NEW jeans for the winter and new smaller scrubs for work..... they are now starting to really notice..... feeling...

  still headed downhill.... 18lbs lighter

I've been making a game out of eating, it's been kind of fun.... seeing how much I can really eat for 1500 calories and 30 fat grams a day.... little less some days and a little more others..... plan...
