it's that time of year for me again.. strange feelings very emotional and the weather is my major trigger.. I can feel and see my baby all around me..

I think each of us have triggers that start the memories... Some times you need to go with them and other times...fight through them. Take gentle care of yourself. Live and hugs..Karen
