  Hey yall. Im exactly one week away from surgery, and im not gonna lie..im terrified. So terrified that my mind is trying to tell me to make up excuses and delay or even cancel the surgery..im pushing through with it but is this like normal? Isnt the mental battle the hardest? I know i can do it, i know i need to do it..but damn that mind of mine sure is screwing me right now lol..thanks yall.

  Quick question about tuna. So im allowed to eat it but what can i put in it? Salad dressing? Mayo? My nutritionist never said & i tried calling her a few days ago but shes out for the holidays. So any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

  Hey yall, so im wondering if a meal replacement shake is a good substitute for premier protein shakes? On my pre op diet and i ran out of premier shakes gonna have to run to the store tomorrow to buy more, but i dohave meal replacement shakes..is that okay to have for just today? I tried calling my nutritionist but shes out for today. Thanks!
