  Double vision started in January.  One specialist after another until a Neuro-Ophthalmologist determined it was Sero negative MG with a positive SFEMG confirming the diagnosis.  I'm 58, so a little old to just be getting this.  It progressed rapidly to generalized MG and even though I've started treatment, I feel awful and can't believe this is happening.  Mestinon helped initially, but can't deal with abdominal cramping.  I just started on 60 mg per day Prednisone and 1000 per day...
