Status: Blood pressure is up to 156/99. I don't know why. I sometimes run 110/60. I'm trying to eat bp lowering foods, but it's not budging.

And, except for a two day excursion to Celexa, I've managed to stay on it, and continued to do well. I take a 20 mg pill followed by a 5 mg pill each evening about 10 PM and it's a GodSend.
