  Has its rewards.   I have seen that over the last few days.   It is also quite a relief on the brain.  I don't have to think so hard when I talk to people.   You don't have to remember what lie you told who or be afraid when two people you know are in the same place.   Although I do miss making me sound a little better than I am.   But if people don't like me for who I am they are not worth having in my life.

  I am starting day three with no lies.   It's an amazing feeling.  My life is not so bad.   I have so many amazing true memories.  Why have I lied for so longWhat helps me most is I journal and if it's not true I cross it out.   It's hard to look at so much being crossed out.

  I need to fight hard to get my family back and prove to them I can be a good mother and grandmother.   Day 1: my life starts today. I don't have to lie to make myself better.   I am good enough the way God made me.   I can't wait to post that I have gone my first day without lying.  What a ✌ that will be for me.
