  hey guys, so tonight I did my first workout in over a year!!! Don't laugh at me guys but....I went on YouTube and did a Richard Simmons sweatin to the oldies workout! Hahahha I was a kid when those workouts came out! But I loved them back then, so I thought I would give it a try. I only made it through half the workout. I can't really do an hour of cardio just yet....but that's ok!!! I feel great right now. Even though I've only been on this group since yesterday it still has sparked something...

  Hey everyone! So I've never joined any type of support group before so I'm a little nervous to be vulnerable when it comes to opening up about my weight. I'm 35 years old and weight about 240. I'm at the highest I've ever been and it seems to be coming on faster and faster. Lately I seem to have zero motivation in my life to change anything.
